ABOUT: Community Housing Services, including the Social Housing Management System. The Social Housing Management System was originally designed to meet the administration needs for the District of Nipissing. It has evolved into an application that allows Housing Providers and Housing Administrators to perform many of their daily tasks in an efficient manner. SHMS also provides the ability to create extensive reports for internal, as well as Ministry reporting purposes.
