ABOUT: PAN is a member-driven network of community-based AIDS organizations from across British Columbia. PAN is a consensus-based forum for communication, mutual support and collective action for HIV issues across the region. PAN therefore strives to increase the local, regional and provincial capacity of HIV/AIDS service providers to develop and implement culturally appropriate skills/strategies that enhance prevention and education programming and the quality of life of people living with HIV/AIDS.
