ABOUT: Ontario’s leading provider of community long-term care services and rent-geared to income housing for the French-speaking community.

The goal of our Supportive Housing Program is to help people who are frail and living with HIV/AIDS maintain their autonomy and live in their own home as long as possible.

To be eligible, it is necessary to be an adult and to have received a diagnosis of sereopositivity or AIDS, to live at La Place Saint-Laurent and to be in loss of autonomy. The clients must need the services on a permanent basis and to need the services at least once by 24 hours. The services are available 24 hours a day.
