ABOUT: The London Regional AIDS Hospice (LRAH) operates the John Gordon Home, a nine unit hospice providing support services in London to people from the South West region of Ontario living with HIV/AIDS and Hepatitis C. LRAH provides services to male and female adults with acute health care needs due to HIV/AIDS or Hepatitis C. The hospice provides 24 hour on site, palliative, end of life and transitional health care services including nutrition, housekeeping, social and recreational support, case planning and community coordination.
