SERVICES: nutrition (food box, meal program); social events; transportation to AIDS-related appointments; furniture bank; administrative services (insurance benefits, income tax); buddy program; case management; service in a foreign language (Portuguese); counselling; support group; library; outreach (gay men, positive youth)

ABOUT: ACT helps prevent HIV infections through education, outreach and community action. And we provide free, confidential help to men, women and youth living with HIV/AIDS. ACT is a trusted place for information and support.
